At Capel-le-Ferne we believe that learning should take place through our core values. We aim to build strong foundations so that our children can lead happy and successful lives in the 21^st century world.

We aim to ensure that our children will acquire strong basic skills in reading, writing and numeracy at an early age. This will enable them to be able to apply these skills with confidence, and act as a base them to broaden, deepen and enjoy their learning.

Our children will develop the ability to solve new problems and challenges creatively and with resilience. They will develop and express their own ideas, working as individuals, as part of a team and a community. They will be aware of how they can improve their own learning, showing high levels of independence.
