At Capel Primary School we teach spellings through our phonics programme and then through daily lessons using Spelling Shed. Homework focusses on enjoyment of spellings and involves accessing various spelling games that are centred around spelling patterns and words learnt the previous week.  

The school will publish its finalised spelling overview in January 2025.
